NJ Fame Game / Prevent Child Abuse NJ

Well Sunday was a lot of fun. Over 80 kids competed in a great competition and Sol Solution sung by Whitney Kelly won a Runner up. Welcome Trinity Solar

Getting 'US' to organized craziest !!!

We started this project last summer (8/07) with the idea of creating team competition for middle school kids. The kids would take on simple projects and we would create a DIY (Do It Yourself) alternate energy, fun, internet show for middle school kids.

We put 6 kids, with a group of adults (by chronological age) in my shop along the plans and materials for 4 solar cookers.

Our objective: See if we could make science fun for kids.

I am the organizer of the Earth-Day celebrations here on Nantucket Island, MA. It is a lot of fun and growing every year. The kids this year are creating a huge ECO-float all made from recycled materials... called the "Wave of Change". We will have a huge ocean wave decorated with creatures that they make from recycled materials. We will then hang them all over town and on the float to bring more awareness to Earth Day. Should be fun!

If you ever get out this way please let me know.
